Asheville for the win. I absolutely adore this city! Lucky to have family close which is second best to moving myself (would in a heartbeat).
We had lunch at Farm Burger and walked around Masts General Store. My favorite stops however were the French Broad Chocolate Lounge (for the best liquid truffle of my life) visiting with Hannah Ferrara and then seeing her lovely home studio. I contacted her because I’ve been drooling over her work for some time. I had no idea the treat I was in for… Beautiful kindred spirit and was absolutely blessed by our visits.
I suspect I’ll be back soon Asheville (be warned)

Less than 48 hours till I’ll be in Asheville! I have travelled there with my husband the last 2 summers, but this is the first year we are bringing our pup. I will have to check out Farm Burger for sure.

I absolutely adore your blog and have been reading it for quite some time now. But when I saw this post I couldn’t help but get a little giddy! I have lived in Asheville for the past 2 years and when I saw your pictures, a huge smile crossed my face. It’s crazy to think that we were in the same city at once not too long ago. Asheville is so wonderful and we do hope that you’ll visit again some time soon!

My husband and I are about to embark on a 2 week road trip up the New England coast (1st year anniversary/belated honeymoon, haha). Our first stop is in Asheville. I wanted to ask if you knew of any coffee shops we should check out? Maybe the chocolate place has amazing coffee, too. Obviously we will be trying to hit up a place with great local beer, too.
