Tartine / sweet friend / Big Sur
couldn’t have ended the trip better (45 min wait for the best pain au chocolate and all).
To hoping it doesn’t take another 10 years to hug the redwoods again.
West coast you’re too good.

Love that spot of Hwy 1 with the waterfall onto the sand- there’s something magical about it. Great photos as always.
these pictures are amazing. it makes me want to visit SF asap!
Do you just use your iPhone for these? They’re awesome!
Yes. Thank you! π
I wish we could hang out. Sigh. This was supposed to sound non-creepy lol
third one down is identical to my iphone background photo. It reminded me a bit of Ireland and a bit of Crete, Greece- two of the most beautiful places I have been to. Lovely photos, thanks for sharing π
Glad the West Coast managed to impress you. We do try our best. π
Gorgeous photos, by the way.
I don’t get around much (travel, that is), so it’s nice to be able to ‘tour’ via beautiful blogs/photos! Thanks for sharing!
Love these pictures/love the way they look! You used your iphone!? What do you use to edit them?
Yes iPhone! I use vsco cam to edit π
Thank you!
Ah, these are making me a bit homesick. π My husband and I moved our family cross country a month ago (sheesh, it feels like it’s been ages and a blink of an eye at the same time) after 16 years in the SF Bay area. We moved to return to my Southern roots, and we’re loving finding new adventures, but no change is without some bittersweet loss. I loved the SF Bay area so much, and your photos of your trip do make me miss the place. Thankfully we have so much amazing nature and can visit both mountains and sea here–just not in the same day unless it was a HECK of a day, ha ha.

These photos are in my backyard. π So glad you could come out here and soak up the west coast a bit to take it back with you. It never leaves your heart.
