The River House

I’m beyond excited that I’ve finally found a place for the boys and I that seems to be perfectly suited for us in this season. However, moving alone is one of the most taxing things I’ve experienced (countless times so it seems). I’m exhausted, my muscles ache and my eyes are burning but I wanted to share a few pictures of the new place. It’s a stunning location right on Ohio river. I don’t know what the future holds or how long we’ll be here but my heart is already so full of inspiration from the beauty this new place has to offer. We’re excited for life on the river. Now it’s back to packing…

  1. though there is uncertainty, i celebrate this find with you. how apt that you have a house surrounded by greenery and alongside the river to carry on your outdoor adventures. it’s beautiful. the brick, the white space, the hardwood.

  2. New to your site, but had to drop a line to say good luck. If I had to move from a working farm, a place by the river would be the place to go. best of luck in your new digs.

  3. Where did you find the white bedding pictured in the Instagram photo of your bedroom?! I’ve been looking for something similar for a while!

  4. I am so absolutely delighted for you – it is peaceful, beautiful, serene and perfect. May you have a thousand and one nights of joy.
